Please note that delays with despatches and postage will occur in December and the start of January with Christmas and Manufacturers closing over the period.
The estimated dispatch dates below are in business days from the time we receive and confirm your order.
We aim to process your orders with the manufacturer within 12 hours (this may vary on weekends and public holidays).
Please note, we have no control over carrier transit times once your order has left our premises or the manufacturer.
If you need tags urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise the fastest options available.

How We Ship
- Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- If ordering from multiple manufacturers, your items will arrive in separate packages.
- Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch and can also be viewed via My Account → Tracking.
Seasonal & Supply Chain Delays
We regularly send email reminders encouraging customers to order early.
Seasonal demand and peak printing periods continue to impact some supply chains.
Manufacturer Print Times
The times listed below are estimated print times (business days) from when we place the order with the manufacturer to when it is dispatched.
- Blank tags: approx. 2–3 business days to dispatch

We can offer Australia Post, Express Post, and StarTrack Airbag services — please contact us for a quote on Airbag options.
Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch
Once you receive your shipping notification, please allow:
- Metro: 3–5 business days
- Regional: 7–10 business days
- Remote: 14–20 business days
