The XRS2i EID Stick Reader is the next generation of the trusted XRS2, designed to help producers capture detailed animal information and make confident health, breeding and culling decisions. Built for cattle, sheep and deer operations, it combines rugged construction with advanced Bluetooth® technology for reliable performance in demanding Australian conditions. Supplied complete with a sturdy hardcase, it’s ready for everyday use in the yards or paddock.

Featuring a large 2.7” sunlight-readable colour LCD screen and a full alphanumeric keypad, the XRS2i allows flexible data entry and clear viewing of EIDs and session information. Fast tag reads with vibration feedback, customisable alerts such as cull notifications, and the ability to record up to 15 custom data fields — including condition scores — give producers greater control over individual animal management.

Latest Bluetooth® wireless technology enables seamless connection to compatible weigh scale indicators, with improved synchronisation when multiple readers are operating nearby and reduced interference. Data can be easily shared via smartphone or downloaded to Windows, iOS or Android devices, helping streamline record keeping and improve on-farm decision making.
